State of the Scaphandre: The future of my gallery
Hey everyone. It's been a while hasn't it. Two years in fact since I've been active, with only an occasional posting with art I didn't even make but ordered. Well, we need to talk. So how have I been? Where have I been? Why have I hardly posted anything for two years? Am I leaving Deviantart? Did I die? Well to answer the last question, no I didn't, and the second to last no I'm not. To answer the others, well, I've been busy. Back when I was active a lot I was a student in college, with a PC that really stretched the definition of a PC. Doing Deviantart colorings in GIMP and Second Life art was pretty much the only thing I could do on that HP piece of junk. Then in 2015 I got my first proper gaming PC, an MSI laptop, and I started gaming a lot more and shifted my focus away from GIMP colorings but with my new laptop I could do Second Life stuff more at even higher quality, including shiny reflective elements for latex fetish pics. Hello divers. 2020 has been a rough year for everyone. With the state of the world we live in and everything being cancelled, times can feel tough. Well, I'm about to make it a little better, with the official start of Summer of Diving 2020! For those new to the group, Summer of Diving is Diving-Kingdom's annual big art jam. This is a time to encourage artists to make new fun scuba related artwork and share them for all to see in the Summer of Diving gallery. Now for the art jam rules. RULES: Summer of Diving is a three month long art jam lasting through the summer to show off your creative talent. You can use any characters, OC or copyrighted fanart, have as many as you like, and draw whatever you want. At least one character has to be wearing scuba gear. Hello everyone! Mermay is almost to a close, so to celebrate this fun month, I've added a new folder for the group dedicated to all things mermaiding. In the new "Mermaiding" folder, you will submit anything involving the hobby of diving like a mermaid, including monofins, fabric tails, and even mermaid themed dive suits. (NOTE!
